How You'll Help us Connect The WorldAssists in managing data regarding Country of Origin (COO) for Trade Agreement Act (TAA) & Buy American Act (BAA) compliance.
Familiarity with the US Government clearance process (FSO not required), familiar with tracking clearances.
Knowledge of Federal contracting processes and procedures (IDIQs, GWACs, OTAs, GSA) and go-to-market selling motions with federal system integrators.
Act as the Federal POC for order processing and issues of federal requirements.
Access to SFDC, Dynamics, Oracle / SAP will be required for this role.
Work with Product management and trade compliance to keep an updated list of GSA partners and TAA Compliant Products.
Monitor new products in conjunction with the Federal SE Director and Federal VP and Sales Operations for build plans and alternate source requests.
Includes management of End User License Agreements (EULA) for support and software.
Evaluate and lead product portfolio gaps for Compliance and Legal approval to maximize market penetration and increased sales effectiveness.
Utilize and improve sales reporting tools to gain competitive market knowledge to improve forecasting efficiency and reduce cycle times.
Primary POC ensuring accurate routing and timely processing of Pre-award / Proposal Reps and Certs, T's and C's, and other required federal documentation is completed in association with CommScope Legal and Product Management.
Coordinate compliance certifications for products, services, asset management, regulatory and other certifications related to FARs & DFARs.
Keep SAM registration up to date with current compliance criteria.
Work with Legal to ensure post-award routing, approval and compliance of Reps and Certs and required government compliance documents needed to transact business with Partners and the Federal government.
Act as a resource professional for Risk Assessment to detail and improve gaps related to Secure Supply Chain.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and business units to align business goals and needs with the sales team and requirements.
Manage security clearance activities and communications vital for the success of the Federal Sales Organization.
Coordinate a Federal Quarterly report and Business Plan assembly by compiling input from the Management team.
Required Qualifications for ConsiderationBS or equivalent, for example, PMP or Federal Government contracting background.

years' experience managing Fed sales programs/operationsYou Will Excite Us If You HaveKnowledge of Federal procurement practices and contract vehicles.
(GSA contract vehicles, Schedule70, BPAs, GWACs, OTAs).
Familiar with the process of issuing Letters of Supply.
Experience in reviewing Federal contract and purchase orders for terms and conditions and shipping requirements in conjunction with legal department review.
Experience with both direct and multilevel sales models to the US Federal Government.
Experience in reviewing, verifying and correcting Point of Sales reporting.
Budget management experience (processing internal Sales orders).

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
