Nursing Home Administrator

The Home Administrator will lead and direct the overall operations of the property with a focus on maintaining excellent care for the residents while achieving the facility s business objectives.
Nursing Home Administrator
Responsibilities:
Ensure resident needs are being addressedManage multiple department s activities, communicate policies, evaluate performance, provide feedback, and assist, observe, coach, and discipline as neededRecruit and retain employees with a focus on developing excellent morale and retentionEffectively communicate with families, residents, and staffCreate and maintain a proactive work environmentDevelop positive relationships on behalf of the Company with government regulators, residents, families, other area health care providers, physicians, and the communityNursing Home Administrator
Qualifications:
Current/active VA Nursing Home Administrator license3
years as SNF AdminBe well organized and detailed orientedExcellent communication skillsTrue passion for working with the elderly and disabledNursing Home Administrator
